Michelle Craig completed her Masters in Clinical Psychology at the University of the Sunshine Coast. Michelle has a warm, genuine, and empathetic approach, and is passionate about working collaboratively with people to enhance their mental health. Michelle places great value on providing high quality, evidence-based therapies, within a safe and supportive therapeutic environment. She incorporates both cognitive behavioural therapy and acceptance and commitment therapy frameworks into her treatment approach.
Michelle has experience working with individuals of all ages, treating a range of psychological conditions including depression, low self-esteem, anxiety disorders (including generalised anxiety, panic disorder, and phobias), stress, and substance use. She has a special interest in treating anxiety and trauma-related disorders, self-esteem, and assisting individuals to work through life transitions and build resilience.
