

Greg Forrest is a Provisional Psychologist currently completing the final year of the Master of Clinical
Psychology program at the University of the Sunshine Coast.
Greg brings a rich and diverse professional background to his psychological practice. Prior to
entering psychology, he worked for over 20 years in the education system as a teacher, counsellor,
and in a leadership role overseeing wellbeing. He has also worked as a director within a non-profit
community centre, supporting individuals across the lifespan. These experiences have shaped Greg’s
deep appreciation for the importance of connection, empathy, and psychological safety, while
enabling him to work thoughtfully with people from diverse backgrounds and life experiences.
Greg is known for his warm, authentic, and people-centred approach. He values creating a safe and
supportive therapeutic environment where individuals feel heard, understood, and valued. Greg has
a natural ability to establish rapport and is passionate about supporting people experiencing a range
of emotional, relational, and life challenges. He is committed to helping clients move toward greater
wellbeing, resilience and self-understanding while honouring each person’s unique story.
