Jennifer completed her Masters in Clinical Psychology at the University of the Sunshine Coast. She has experience supporting clients with a range of mental health concerns across both private and public health settings. Jennifer particularly enjoys working with young adults adjusting to adulthood, school/university students, allied health professionals, and parents. She is a neurodiversity-affirming psychologist who understands that everybody has unique life experiences and goals which are important to consider within therapy.

 

Jennifer’s interest areas include anxiety, OCD, work/university stress and burnout, autism, ADHD, relationship and attachment difficulties, and women’s mental health. She draws from a range of evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Metacognitive Therapy, and Schema Therapy techniques, as well as Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) for OCD. Jennifer is a trauma-informed therapist who aims to provide a safe and supportive space for every client to explore their difficulties and improve their mental health.
