Jennifer completed her Masters in Clinical Psychology at the University of the Sunshine Coast. She has experience supporting clients with a range of mental health concerns across both private and public health settings, and her interest areas include anxiety and stress, mood difficulties, eating and body image issues, women’s issues, self-esteem, and perfectionism. Jennifer enjoys working with adolescents and adults, to help them better understand themselves, and to build insight into patterns of thoughts, feelings, and behaviours that may be contributing to their difficulties.
Jennifer has a warm, down-to-earth, and collaborative therapeutic style and uses a range of evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Metacognitive Therapy (MCT). She provides a non-judgmental and compassionate therapeutic space to support clients in making meaningful change in their lives.
