We have been fortunate enough to have developed strong relationships with many successful organisations on the Sunshine Coast and beyond, providing our staff with opportunities for influence and impact well beyond the walls of our clinic. In addition to providing individual therapy, our clinicians also have opportunities to deliver group programs, along with professional training to our colleagues in the medical and allied health communities, and presentations and workshops in community and corporate settings.
Above all, we know that a healthy, happy psychologist is one who will enjoy their work and excel in their craft, and as such, we value staff wellbeing and growth above anything else. We actively support our psychologists to achieve work-life balance, with flexible hours and exceptional administrative support. We also know that learning does not end at university, and we strive to create relationships and a work environment that is supportive and collegial, and stimulates professional growth in our psychologists.
