Why work at Flourish?
Flourish Psychology was founded from a desire to improve the mental health and wellbeing of the people on the Sunshine Coast. We believe that when one person gets better it has a ripple effect on the community around them. Flourish is a well-established group private practice operating from two contemporary offices in Maroochydore and Birtinya, and a leading and trusted provider of mental health services. Since our establishment in 2012, we have developed a strong reputation for excellence in care and for fostering warm and compassionate relationships with clients. Flourish has a wide network of loyal referrers, and a strong and consistent flow of new referrals.
Our team share a love for the Sunshine Coast and for having a positive impact in our local community. We value the wellbeing of our staff and their families, and support our psychologists to achieve work-life balance, with flexible hours and experienced administrative support. At Flourish, we have a strong commitment to providing excellent clinical services and meet regularly for professional development and peer supervision. We have a supportive and collegial work environment and are committed to utilising innovative tools and technology to make the work of a psychologist more efficient and streamlined.
As a clinic, we are always looking to enhance our collective services and professional practice and to engage with different sectors of our community. In addition to providing standard individual therapy, our clinicians have the opportunity to deliver group programs, along with professional training to other health care providers, and presentations/workshops in the community.
Would you like to be a part of our clinical team, working alongside other psychologists in a relaxed, friendly and connected environment?
We are currently looking for an experienced clinical or general psychologist, or a Clinical Psychology registrar seeking to gain clinical endorsement. Our senior directing psychologists are Board-approved supervisors who will provide supervision for clinicians wishing to complete the registrar program.
