

Shannon is a provisional psychologist who holds a Bachelor of Psychology (Honours) from the University of the Sunshine Coast and is currently completing her Master of Clinical Psychology. Shannon is passionate about supporting individuals across the life span in navigating difficulties such as anxiety and mood disorders, low self-esteem, body image concerns, disordered eating and relationship and attachment challenges.
Shannon has experience across multiple settings, including schools, not- for-profit organisations and residential inpatient care, and takes a compassionate and collaborative approach to therapy, allowing her to
build authentic therapeutic connections, whilst fostering resilience, self-awareness, and meaningful change. Shannon draws on evidence-based treatment modalities including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and Schema Therapy, adapting her approach to meet the unique needs
and goals of each client.
