Isabella completed her Bachelor of Psychology (Honours) and Master of Clinical Psychology at the University of the Sunshine Coast. Isabella works with adolescents and adults. She has experience in assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for a wide range of psychological difficulties. These include, anxiety, depression, obsessive-compulsive disorder, panic, stress, interpersonal issues, trauma, and adjustment difficulties. She utilises evidence-based interventions including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance Commitment Therapy, and Schema-informed Therapy. These approaches allow clients to better understand the factors that keep them stuck in their challenges, and to learn more effective ways to cope and establish new adaptive patterns.
Isabella provides a warm, empathetic, and non-judgmental space for clients. She is passionate about working collaboratively with individuals to support them to overcome difficulties, with the goal of re-engaging in life and thriving as their most authentic selves.
