

Jennifer completed her Masters in Clinical Psychology at the University of the Sunshine Coast. She has experience supporting clients with a range of mental health concerns across both private and public health settings. Jennifer particularly enjoys working with young adults adjusting to adulthood, school/university students, allied health professionals, and parents. She is a neurodiversity-affirming psychologist who understands that everybody has unique life experiences and goals which are important to consider within therapy.
Jennifer’s interest areas include anxiety, OCD, eating and body image issues (including binge eating and body dysmorphia), work/university stress and burnout, ADHD, relationship and attachment difficulties, and women’s mental health. She draws from a range of evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Metacognitive Therapy, and Schema Therapy techniques, as well as Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) for OCD. Jennifer is a trauma-informed therapist who aims to provide a safe and supportive space for every client to explore their difficulties and improve their mental health.
