

Dr Annemarike (Anne) de Beer is a Clinical Psychologist with over 15 years of experience across private practice, hospital, and multidisciplinary mental health settings. She holds a PhD in Psychology, and works with people across the lifespan, providing therapy for a wide range of psychological difficulties, including anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, grief and loss, self-esteem challenges, relationship and adjustment difficulties, personality difficulties, and life transitions. She also supports individuals with more complex or longstanding concerns, taking time to understand each person’s unique history, strengths, and goals. Anne has conducted research published in peer-reviewed journals, reflecting her commitment to evidence-based practice.
