Graham Kell is a kind and accomplished clinical psychologist with extensive experience in
treating a wide range of difficulties faced by children and adolescents, adults, couples, and
parents. He is a Schema Therapist with advanced certification in adults, and also in children and adolescents. This mode of therapy is aimed at decreasing unhelpful coping strategies that developed from unmet childhood needs, thereby increasing overall health and wellbeing. Graham has a strong interest and expertise in applying this therapy to couples counselling, children’s play-based therapy, parent coaching and care, and to adults wanting to break self-defeating patterns of thinking and behaving.
Graham has worked with acute presentations and addiction in hospital settings, and in private practice with anxiety, depression, anger, trauma, grief, abuse, and relationship difficulties. Graham is warm and non-judgmental in his approach, is neurodiversity affirming, and provides interactive and visual resources in session, having developed numerous therapeutic resources for children and adults.
Graham also offers professional board-approved supervision, and delivers engaging key-note psychological presentations in schools, communities, and corporate settings. In addition to his Masters in Clinical Psychology, Graham holds a Masters in Theology, a Bachelor in Natural Resources (wildlife), and is part of an international committee that addresses global environmental issues from a psychological perspective. Graham has been married for over 30 years and has two adult children. His family is his greatest joy. Being in nature is a close second.
