Paige holds a Bachelor of Psychology (Honours) and is currently completing her Master of Clinical Psychology at the University of the Sunshine Coast. Since obtaining provisional registration, Paige has gained experience working with clients across diverse ages, sexualities, and genders, addressing a range of mental health concerns and life challenges including anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, body image concerns, work and university stress, and life transitions.
Paige is particularly passionate about helping clients navigate interpersonal challenges by fostering skills development and encouraging shifts in unhelpful thought patterns. She adopts a warm, flexible, and client-centred approach to therapy, drawing on evidence-based treatment modalities such as Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Metacognitive Therapy.
